Napa Valley Harvest Festival
Join us at the 25th anniversary celebration of the prestigious Napa Valley Harvest Festival; a celebration of wine, art, and food, presented by the Kiwanis Club of Napa, on Saturday, September 6, 2008, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Napa Exposition Fairgrounds Cabernet Building, 575 3rd Street, Napa, 94559.

The Kiwanis Harvest Festival is a Napa Valley rite of summer where guests enjoy unlimited pourings and gourmet treats from some of the area’s finest wineries, microbreweries and restaurants. Also included is the “world famous” Kiwanis BBQ with all the trimmings. Included with admission is a fabulous art exhibition/sale featuring some of Napa’s finest local and regional artists, as well as a silent auction that includes dozens of terrific deals and “getaway adventures”.

Tickets always sell fast with the $50 ticket price including all beverages, food and live entertainment. Plus, profits from the festival help Kiwanis to further their activities on behalf of children projects in Napa and elsewhere. You’ll get more “bang for your buck” here than at any other event in 2008! What a great way to enjoy a beautiful late summer afternoon with family and friends while supporting a service organization known and respected for its contribution to the community!

Napa Kiwanis has over 145 members whose accomplishments include providing youth scholarships, the “safe” non-alcoholic Graduation Night celebration for all of Napa’s high school students, installing 44 playgrounds at schools/churches throughout the valley, taking “at risk”/special kids on picnics and excursions, providing holiday baskets to the less fortunate and our troops, helping 700 English-learner children to read via the Kiwanis Kids Reading Program, and so much more.

Come join the party! The 25th Harvest Festival celebration will be our biggest and best event ever with great food, wine, entertainment, prizes and drawings. Please order your tickets early!  Additional information and tickets can be obtained by visiting our website at www.napakiwanis.com or by calling Lynn Nichols at 707-258-1202.
